Spent my Christmas in a cozy place, with really friendly staff who helped me a lot with recommendations. The location was perfect, I could walk to the main attractions, and the free Wi-Fi was a plus. I also enjoyed the breakfast, it was enough to start my day.

The room was a bit small but it was manageable for just myself. Hair was left on the bedsheets and I had to ask them to change them.

The staff were great - kind and helpful. Good location, near subway and buses. Within walking distance of main attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was good.

We had a wonderful stay located in the heart of the city, with everything at a walking distance including downtown. the staff was very accommodating, suggesting great and cheap tours. Our clean and comfortable room had a helpful heater, and the gym was basic but functional.

Some knowledge of Spanish came in handy, as the staff's knowledge of English was limited.

I liked the location! It is situated almost in the centre, not far from metro stations, buses, etc. Also main shopping streets are situated near the hotel. The location is very good! I liked the service, every day hotel staff cleans your room, if you need a taxi, jusk ask the reception to call it, the staff gives you some brochures with city information. If you ask something, the staff is ready to help. There is a safe at the reception, so you can leave some important documents there. The room is pretty small but nice, the beds are huge. Good balance of price and quality.

I didn't like the bathroom because it's pretty ugly and too small.
